The team Shaggy sent to move my huge house of things was an A-Team / Dream Team crew. They were super friendly, polite, enthusiastic, focused, hard working, thorough and always checking I was happy at each stage of the move and if I needed any finer details taking care of. They would have almost done the dishes had I asked.
All the crew were strong lifters and extremely skilled at quickly transporting awkward items around difficult obstacles and up stairs, figuring out the optimal safe routes and maneuvers . .
Could not give this team a higher rating, whilst to them it was all in a normal day's work.
Also I was so impressed with their attitude of my peace of mind was their peace of mind.

I moved 6 months prior and used a different company, same hourly rate. This move was for only around the corner. Same stuff. It cost me over a thousand dollars. It took them twice as long and twice as much. Mind you I had moved all the boxes, and personal items myself. All that needed moving was the furniture. As a single mum, I was financially devastated. I had to help them in the end. Take over. I reached out to them to see if they would at least acknowledge that this was not fair or ideal. Never heard from them again. Avoid if you can.

I used this company in December 2025 and was extremely disappointed with the service. Despite working for long hours, the job was not completed. It felt as though the work was deliberately done slowly to extend the time on site and increase the cost, rather than to efficiently complete the agreed scope of work. I would not recommend their services based on this experience

Absolute legends- I recommend them very, very highly. Manu and Jasper were absolute gentlemen and I have never seen two guys work so hard, take as much care and be so friendly all at the same time. In fact, we only wish the real estate agent that made so much in commission on the sale of the house we purchased was as friendly and hard working,

Very disappointed in this company and what they did to my Mum and brother. Using the truck had broken down which seems to be a common occurrence with this company. To make them feel pressured into using a bigger truck and an extra person. Saying it will be more efficient. Yet it took them a ridiculous amount of hours for a small house of furniture to be packed up and moved and then to charge them $1010 thats outrageous. Now their left with nothing for Christmas because this company thought they would take advantage of innocent people. Two people that are on a pension. I guess they thought they were easy targets. Not to mention the distance between one house to the other wasn't that far. I must say they were also seen just sitting on the side of the road for a significant amount of time. Then my Mum finds damage to my brother's fridge that they decided not to mention.
Absolutely poor service and I'll be making sure that everyone is aware just how bad this company is.

Sadly I was rang at 8pm the day before the moving to tell me the truck broke down. 8pm leaving us with no time to arrange anybody else as they are all shut.
Not a great experience with shaggy.
ADDIT:
I have received a phone call saying they are able to make this job. I will update on the progress.
ADDIT: Next Day i was messaged at 0730 as promised on the phone. Communication was good.
The guys were timely arrived 2 hours early which was fine with me. The job was completed in under two hours for a full truck load, I did help the two guys with moving some of the items.
The guys tried their best to not damage the paint work in the new place but unfortunately there was some paint taken of the loungeroom door frame when bringing the dinning table in and also the front door sustained a small amount of damage. The door frames may have been a bit too narrow for some of the items. The couch was dragged along on its side which which did seem a little rough and caused minor damage to the arm rest of the couch. 3.5 stars from me over all considering that at first I was told they wanted to change the date to a later day at such short notice and the damage sustained from the transition. The house was just freshly painted.

I have used this business for the transport of a piece of furniture which was apparently too big for both my points of entry, they didn’t give up!! They removed a window and tirelessly persisted till a large couch made its way into my home!! The job was not easy or straightforward but they tried till they succeeded! They were polite, timely and fair on price!!

I subsequently used the business for a house move. I have moved many times in the last decade and I’ve never seen removalists move so fast and efficiently- esp when working on an hourly basis.
They were also extremely personable, helpful and polite!

Third time I used this business was to clean external windows and house. They did an amazing job.

I wouldn’t hesitate to used this service /business again.

After my first bond cleaner did a bad job, Shaggy Cleaning were able to fir me in with 12 hours notice and rectify all the remaining problems and some the property manager hadn't mentioned! Extremely happy with the service and would definitely hire them again.

Phenomenal removalists. It was a challenging job with lots of stairs, but the team were unfazed and happy. Nothing was a drama! Everything handled with care; and super fast. Price was super reasonable as well for a team of three. Highly, highly recommended!

Fantastic company. We used these guys to move all our household items/Do end of lease Clean & also professional carpet cleaning! Amazing!!!!! Professional, polite, careful with all our belongings, the end of lease clean of the old house was spotless and carpets cleaned fantastic. The guys all wore masks the whole time on a very hot few days. Nothing was too much bother and we had a really steep driveway in Lenah Valley to negotiate and then lots of stairs. They worked tirelessly and did not stop till the jobs were done. Very respectful group of workers and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing furniture removal, house clean or carpets cleaned professionally. PS they also worked on public holidays for us!.
